We understand that life can be really challenging. Whether you are dealing with the stress from living during a pandemic or depression symptoms that have been with you since childhood, we believe that DBT offers a unique therapeutic approach to help you feel better. Given everything going on in the world and in our personal lives, it is easy to feel alone and overwhelmed. Taking part in a DBT group will provide you with a safe place where you can come to get real about your pain and use your life experiences to connect with others with similar struggles. Within the group, we will provide practical solutions and coping skills that are evidenced based, and creatively tailored for you. For your convenience, we offer a 16-week abbreviated group that covers the essentials of the traditional 24 week DBT group. This group is appropriate for those who are interested in beginning serious DBT work or those who have experienced some DBT skills training and are looking for a DBT-skills refresher.
